What to tell your photographer before your session

Some people don't care to think about the imperfections of their bodies but on average more people either subconsciously or blatantly do care and in most cases we all know the parts of our bodies we don't like. If you want to be happy with the services you are paying for, it is in your best interest to tell your photographer what you are self conscious about. A good photographer can work around your imperfections and use angles and lighting to make you look your best.

If you have any physical issues such as seizers with flashing lights you should let your photographer know as many of us use flash lighting and can set off such problems. There are ways to work around these obstacles but your photographer should know before hand.

In circumstances where you are modeling with other people who may feel uncomfortable in social situations, it is a good idea to let your photographer know so they can make sure not to set them off and keep everything in their comfort zone. We all want to have good experiences.

If you can think of anything else that would be something that your photographer should know, don't be afraid to let them know ahead of time. If your chosen photographer cannot accommodate your needs then you should find someone who can because after all it is a service that you are paying for.
